Whether you're a buyer or a seller you should be looking for 3 things.
Efficiency. For starters, I am never without my phone. This is very important, and what this allows me to do is to get back to my clients very quickly. Not only am I immediately responsive to Buyers and Sellers, but also to other Agents, Lenders, and Escrow Officers.
I am always staying on top of things- CONSTANTLY- and this way, tasks don't pile up. They don't get out of hand, and things don't get out of control.
Availability. This is a big one, especially in a crazy market like we've had in the last couple of years.
For example, I had one just a couple of weeks ago, where, at the drop of a hat, we had to go over and get the property ready to go. We cleaned, put away knickknacks and got it ready for photographs- ALL ON THE SAME DAY!
I then turned around and got it on the market, right away, that very same week.
Knowledge. Knowledge helps set apart the BEST agents. It helps clients Win the Deal whether you're Buying or Selling. It gets you, as a Seller, to sell for more. And as a Buyer, it Gets you a House!
